Marvin Balat Marvin Balat has joined with Pristine Properties and brings many years of financial experience to the Real Estate market. Marvin’s love of numbers first began when he ran his family’s accounting practice, which was based in Corte Madera, back in the early nineties, prior to selling the business in 1998. He then joined Pristine.com, the world leaders in actively educating private traders and quickly became their top salesperson, bringing in millions of dollars in profits for the company each year. Marvin later moved to the companies headquarters in White Plains, NY for two years after which the opportunity arose to move to the Irvine, California office, where he was promoted to Director of Sales.
